TDi Software are excited to be back again at the Commercial Vehicle Show this year which is being held from 23rd to 25th April at the NEC in Birmingham. The CV Show has always been the go to event for the road transport sector, and this year, the show will also include seminars and talks throughout the 3 day event, covering topics such as decarbonization, all things EVs and ministerial announcements.
TDi Software will be showcasing their whole range of transport software solutions to help transport operators stay compliant, manage fleets more efficiently and digitise their fleet management, and this year, TDi will be adding vehicle-check scheduling to their software solutions.
Released earlier this year, vehicle-check scheduling helps transport managers plan their vehicle maintenance from MOTs to inspections, services and more. By using a digital system to manage vehicle maintenance, once set up, the system will plan out when the next event is due, saving transport managers precious time, and making sure to not miss any important deadlines. Vehicle-check can also assist with defect reporting and incident reports with a daily walk-around check app for drivers.
As well as a new scheduling module within vehicle-check, TDi will be showcasing how their software can work together to create a complete package to help operators manage their fleet and compliance. This includes disc-check for tachograph analysis, working time directive, driver hours management, infringement monitoring, and a handy driver app to help drivers manage their working time and infringements on the go.
The team will also be demonstrating TransMas at the Commercial Vehicle Show. TDi’s transport management system combines all the tools transport managers need to run a transport office into one handy system. It allows managers to view overviews of current operations whilst providing real time updates to operators and their customers from input to invoice. TransMaS comes with real time traffic sheets, driver rosters, customer and contractor portals and inbuilt invoicing capabilities. TransMaS users can also give their driver access to a handy app so they have all the delivery and pick up information they need, and create ePODs directly from their mobile device.
