We use the driver’s hours directly from the tacho data received, and make it easy to add manual entries such as statutory holidays, other holidays, sick days and training days.
Monitor your driver’s working time easily with our colour coded calendar, and view your driver’s holiday’s yearly totals too, so you can keep track of the 20 mandatory holidays per year.
With over 40 reports available to run whenever you need, we make it easier than ever to get the in-depth information you want.
From sending infringement summaries to drivers, to checking the status’ of your driver’s licenses, and expiry dates. You can even log and check your driver’s CPC expiry dates!
Reporting in disc-check has been taken one step further with scheduled reports. You can schedule reports straight to an inbox, in just a couple of clicks. What’s more, is there is no limit on how many reports you can run.
Our driver’s app aids drivers in managing their hours and working time directive whilst they are on the road.
Available on iOS and Android devices, the app provides the drivers with a wealth of information, such as progress towards their legal limits, and view and acknowledge infringements on the go.
The app also allows drivers to upload their driver cards, and their data is instantly added to the dashboard for analysis. What’s more, is the app is completely free of charge for all disc-check users.

We want customers to get the most out of their tachograph data, that’s why we charge just £1 per driver, per week with vehicle data completely free of charge. No hidden costs, no add ons, no lengthy contracts and no set up fees. We also won’t charge you for any weeks you don’t use disc-check, meaning no data, no charge.
Still using analogue charts? No problem, we can analyse these for you and upload the data for £3 per driver, per week.
